Larry is my computer, by the way. Larry is not fan-fucking-tastic.
I think the battery is shot. They don't make the Inspiron 710m anymore and all of Dell's parts are proprietary so any mods I make are gonna be fucking pricey. I think I can eBay a new, bigger battery for something like $70. I can't afford it, though. Not if I want enough gas money for this quarter. Also, I don't see me going to any concerts this quarter. I can maybe make BOA if I get help with gas, but I don't know. The jury's still out on that.
Failing all those classes and losing my scholarship money may have been my worst mistake ever, but the jury's still out on that, too. They're a busy group of imaginary people.
My psyche is fighting a war between peacefully happy and outright pissed. This stuff might make other people sad but I just get angry. Fangry, even. Whoever designed this thing is getting butchered in front of his family.
When I can afford it I think I'm gonna get a new laptop. Something with a dual-core processor and 2+ gigs of RAM. Maybe one of those tablets with the screen I can flip and draw on with a stylus. Toshiba has some nice tablets. I'd have to learn Vista but I don't give a fuck. Computers aren't meant to take a year of abuse like this.

Unless you have to have one, tablets really are not worth it. They have pretty quick lifespans (at least according to the art kids up in columbus). Honestly, i reccommend the computer i have (the Compaq Presario V6000). Even un-upgraded, it's a solid computer and affordable (Seven hundred or less with rebates and stuff). The battery isn't great but otherwise it is quick, has decent memory, an alright graphics card, and some other nice features.
Screw Brandon and get a tablet. Or don't screw Brandon. But get a table either way.
I will help with BOA gas money, and I'll even buy some food for you there. If that helps at all. I just need to save money like mad...
