you would be very surprised what can happen after having one running for 6 or so years.
xanga use to be fairly bad from what i remember.
as far as myspace goes, it keeps the bots at bay. haven't had a single bot since i set it up to verify stuff.
not that anyone reads my stuff or messages me unless i initiate anyway.
